Short work outs

Today I do a four minute tabata style work out with weights. If you want to follow along choose weights appropriate to your fitness level. I.E 3lbs each arm for beginner, 5-10lb intermediate and 15-20lbs advanced. As for me I am doing this with approximately 12.5lbs each arm. This is number one in my series of weight work outs.
