BODY WEIGHT WORK OUTS

Today I do 100 pushups. I have been doing these for the last couple of weeks and thought i would share my 100 pushup routine with you. Don't worry I only do ten at a time with a rest of one minute in between so if you can do at least ten pushups then join me. I will be doing these as part of my fitness journey every day this month

Today is the work out everyone has been waiting for. 100 Pushups 100 Sit ups, and 100 squats all completed in just over 22 minutes. I have been doing this for just under 2 months now on a four on and one off rotation. Meaning I do this along with my other exercises four days rest one then repeat. This is loosely based on the one punch man work out. I do not do the 10 kilometer (6.2 miles) run for now I am sticking to walking and trying to keep my steps to 10,000, though if I did walk this I would do 18,250 steps a day.

TABATA

Today I do a full body TABATA for you-tube. TABATA is a form of HIIT training . This TABATA last just at 4 minutes so it can easily be put into any part of the day.

So over the lock-down I have managed to put on some weight and one of my friends sent me this 30 day food challenge. Not only am I going to do the 30 day challenge but for the next 30 days I am going to post an exercise video. Today is the second day of the thirty day exercise challenge. We do 11 pushups, 11 squats, 11 lunges each leg and a 11 second plank

Today is the third day in the thirty day workout challenge. Today we do 12 pushups, 12 squats, 12 lunges each leg and a 12 second plank.

We are at Day ten of the thirty day workout challenge. Today is all about nineteen. Nineteen lunges each leg, Nineteen pushups, nineteen Squats and a nineteen second plank.

So today I split my work out in half doing, eleven lunges each leg, eleven push ups, eleven squats and a eleven second plank. I followed this by doing ten lunges each leg. ten push ups ten squats and a ten second plank

Today is day thirteen so today we do twenty two lunges each leg, twenty two Push ups, twenty two, Squats and a twenty two second plank
